Utopia is a KWPN homebred stallion by the famous sire Negro who is by Ferro. His Dam 'Ocindy' is probably one of the best moving mares that ever came out of Holland. She is a half sister to Flipper who was Carl Hester's Grand Prix horse. She is also sister to numerous other top dressage and showjumping horses as her Dam 'Tasha' was an amazing producer of top competition horses. So far we have never sold any of Ocindy's offspring because they have all been so incredible (7 so far and counting!).

Utopia was placed 5th as a 4yr old at The National Championships in the Young Dressage Horse Panacur class. We have taken his training slowly since then as he has such a powerful, active hindleg it has taken time for him to balance himself rather than to push himself onto his forehand.

In 2007 he won a Strada Saddles 6yr old Young Dressage Horse qualifier (beating Union Jack!) and was then the Reserve 6yr old Champion at the Final. He also won the Championship at The Regionals at Novice level. His training is coming along well with the help of Emile Faurie who says he is a fantastic horse with International potential. He is showing enormous trainability and talent and will probably not come out much before Prix St Georges, hopefully sometime in 2008.

Utopia is a very loving, sensitive horse who enjoys the one to one touch. He has super conformation and is a very extravagant, straight, uphill mover.
